Stiebel Eltron was established in Berlin in 1924 out of the idea of providing convenient hot water. Today - 83 years later - we represent one of the most successful companies in the building and systems management industry with trendsetting concepts for consistent and continual development of this market in the new millennium.

Stiebel Eltron Australia began operating in Melbourne in 1996. Today it has sales offices in Sydney and Brisbane, with distributors in Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Auckland (New Zealand). Whilst not all products manufactured in Germany suit the Australasian market, Stiebel Eltron Australia has focused on the core products of electric instantaneous and point of use hot water and Air/Water Heat Pumps.

Stiebel Eltron Australia also distributes a highly successful range of electric panel convection and fan room heaters. Award winning designed Hand Dryers round out the product range.

Our History
83 years - reflecting inventive spirit, innovative potential and entrepreneurial commitment. The guarantors for this development were the outstanding personalities of the company founder Dr. Theodor Stiebel and his successors in the era following 1960. This company - one of the few family businesses left in this industry - has successfully undergone the change from a simple hot water specialist to a fully fledged system engineering provider.
